Summary

We have basic design of a plug flow digester that needs built on a dairy farm to capture methane from the manure. Permits need to be issued in the state of Oregon for this work. Engineer stamp needs to be licensed in Oregon. Perhaps a remote engineer may have a relationship with someone who is licensed? We have several more projects in the pipeline behind this one.
