Podcast Audio Edit + Audiogram Video + Vertical Clips

I run a business interview podcast and I'm looking for a polished, repeatable production package for one episode as a paid test. Do this well and there's ongoing per-episode work behind it. I care more about quality and judgment than speed or being the cheapest bid — this needs to look premium. What you'll work with One ~30-minute, two-guest audio episode (exported from Descript with transcript) Partial brand assets already in hand — some intro/outro elements you may need to finish to a professional standard Guest headshots, episode title, and podcast branding provided What I need 1. Audio edit + intro/outro Clean up the 30-min audio (levels, filler, dead air, balance both speakers), then add a polished intro and outro using my existing assets. Deliver a final, distribution-ready export. 2. Full-length audiogram / wavegram video (YouTube, 16:9) A premium horizontal video version of the episode featuring the episode title, podcast branding, both guest headshots, and an animated waveform reacting to the audio throughout. On-brand and intentional — not a generic template. 3. Three to four vertical clips (9:16, for Shorts/Reels/TikTok) Pull the strongest, most shareable moments from the episode and cut them into vertical clips with clean animated captions. Identifying the best moments is part of the job — I want someone with a marketer's instinct, not just a video editor's.
