Podcast Audio Editor/ Sound Designer

I'm am creating an audio podcast similar to This American Life. I have already recorded audio and have a script with some beat sheets and sound cues. This job consists of taking the audio files of VO that was recorded, looking at the script and deciding when to use different sound cues and different sound effects and music as well as collecting the sound effects in music and making sure they are not copyrighted. I've been using Suno AI (free plan) to create some small audio samples around 20 or 30 seconds and that's been working well. Other sections may include downloading MP3 from YouTube from old commercials or sound effects from YouTube as well. I'm looking for someone to edit this audio to add the sound cues to make this an interesting podcast podcast is around 15 to 20 minutes long please provide samples and your rate per podcast.
