Podcast Audio Editor & Thumbnail Designer (Long-Term | Per Episode)

About Us We're a growing podcast production agency working with entrepreneurs, coaches, and business owners. We help our clients produce polished, engaging podcasts, and we're looking for a talented Podcast Editor to join our team on a long-term basis. If you're someone who enjoys making conversations sound natural, polished, and engaging, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities For each episode, you will: Edit a 15–30-minute podcast Remove filler words, awkward pauses, mistakes, and repeated phrases Reduce background noise and improve overall audio quality Mix and master audio to broadcast standards Add intro, outro, music, sponsor messages, and transitions when needed Export final audio in the required formats Create one YouTube thumbnail that matches the client's branding Organise project files and meet agreed deadlines Requirements You have: Experience editing podcasts Strong attention to detail Professional editing software Reliable communication Ability to work independently Experience creating YouTube thumbnails Preferred Software Adobe Audition Descript Reaper Audacity Logic Pro Hindenburg Canva Adobe Photoshop Bonus Skills Video podcast editing Shorts/Reels editing YouTube optimisation Experience using Riverside, SquadCast, or Zoom recordings Turnaround Time Most episodes should be completed within 24–48 hours after receiving the files. Paid Trial Before offering ongoing work, shortlisted applicants will complete one paid test edit. If successful, we'll provide consistent weekly work.
