Podcast Audio Engineer Needed (Editing + AI Show Notes + Buzzsprout Upload)

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented podcast audio engineer to handle the full post-production process for my show. I need someone who can take raw recordings and turn them into polished, ready-to-publish episodes, then get them uploaded correctly. The show has around 200 episodes published, over half a million downloads, and a 4.5+ star rating. It's an established podcast with a real audience, and I'm looking to grow it further. I need a production partner who can help maintain that quality bar while we scale. This is an ongoing role for the right person. Consistency, communication, and attention to detail matter a lot here since episodes go out on a regular schedule. Responsibilities: - Add pre-recorded intro and outro audio that fades in/out naturally - Level audio, balance levels between speakers, and apply basic mastering so episodes sound clean and professional - Use AI tools to generate episode titles and show notes based on the conversation content - Upload finished episodes to Buzzsprout with accurate titles, descriptions, and show notes - Double check all uploads for accuracy before episodes go live - Communicate proactively about turnaround times and flag any issues with raw audio (bad mic quality, dropped audio, etc.) Required Skills - Strong podcast editing experience.
