Podcast Audio & Video Editor & Producer

We need someone to edit audio and video and manage the backend of operations for our popular podcast, Live+Work More Human. About the podcast: We publish a full episode (30-45 minutes) every two weeks and then publish a 'Brain Snack' (7-10 minute edit) from each episode a few weeks after the full episode goes live. Our format is relaxed interview and conversation, so there's not a lot of editing required – just tidying up background and unwanted sounds, and polishing to top quality. Our award-winning podcast has been in the market for 3 years and is growing rapidly! We do not want to compromise on quality so need someone as passionate as us about creating amazing content. About you: We’re looking for high quality: you are a trusted human in the loop, ensuring precision and creativity in every edit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both audio and video editing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. You will also have experience in managing the back end of a podcast: uploading content and scheduling everything to ensure seamless and professional quality for our listenership. You're responsive, motivated and reliable, just like us! You'll deliver: - audio and video editing using our music and an ad from our sponsor (we will provide these files) in each episode - 1 episode a week, alternating between full and mini 'Brain Snack' episodes - upload to Acast, YouTube and add video to Spotify - produce and use great show notes - produce and share with us 3-5 short clips per full episode for our use on socials We are excited to work with you!
