Podcast Clipper/Editor

We're looking for an experienced video/audio editor to turn our long-form podcast episodes into polished short clips and a fully edited main episode. What we have: - Raw audio and raw video for each episode, hosted on Google Drive (link will be shared with the freelancer we hire) - Multi-camera or single-camera footage depending on the episode What we need: - Edit the full-length episode: clean up audio (remove noise, level/normalize sound), tighten pacing, add basic intro/outro, lower thirds/titles, and simple color correction if needed - Cut 5-8 short, vertical (9:16) clips per episode for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), with attention-grabbing hooks in the first 3 seconds - Add captions/subtitles (burned-in) styled to match our brand - Light motion graphics, transitions, and sound design where appropriate - Export in the correct formats/resolutions for YouTube (long-form) and vertical platforms (short-form) Requirements: - Proven experience editing podcasts or talking-head video content (please share a portfolio or sample clips) - Strong audio editing skills (noise reduction, EQ, leveling) - Comfortable working from raw files in Google Drive - Good eye for pacing and identifying the most engaging moments to clip - Reliable communication and ability to meet agreed turnaround times Nice to have: - Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar - Experience growing podcast clips on social media To apply, please include: 1.
