Responsibilities For each podcast episode, you will: Review full podcast recordings Identify the most engaging, valuable, and shareable moments Create multiple short-form videos for: Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts LinkedIn Add: Dynamic captions Hook-driven openings Strategic cuts and pacing Zoom-ins, B-roll (where relevant) Visual enhancements Create different content angles, including: Leadership Entrepreneurship Business Growth Mindset Wealth Creation Personal Development Contrarian Perspectives Storytelling Moments Suggest: Video titles Hooks Thumbnail concepts Additional content opportunities Deliverables Per podcast episode, we are typically looking for: 10–20 short-form clips 3–5 premium/high-impact clips Organized delivery structure Optional content recommendations based on standout moments Requirements Must have: Proven experience repurposing podcast content Strong understanding of short-form content trends Experience editing for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Excellent English skills Ability to identify high-performing moments independently Strong storytelling and audience-retention skills Bonus Points Experience working with business, entrepreneurship, leadership, or personal brand content Motion graphics skills Thumbnail design experience Knowledge of LinkedIn content Experience growing creator or podcast channels through content repurposing Application Please include: Portfolio of podcast clips you have edited Examples of content that achieved strong performance Your editing software Your typical turnaround time Your preferred pricing structure (per episode or monthly retainer) To confirm you have read the entire job description, start your application with: "Podcast Growth"
