Podcast Cover Art Designer (Spotify, Apple Podcasts & YouTube)

We're looking for a talented graphic designer to create the cover artwork for Fayl Tales, a podcast that shares honest stories from founders, creators, and professionals about failures, pivots, setbacks, and the lessons learned along the way. The artwork will be used across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other podcast platforms, so we're looking for something that is professional, memorable, and stands out at small thumbnail sizes. About the Podcast Fayl Tales explores the stories behind failed ventures, career setbacks, pivots, and reinventions. The tone is thoughtful, authentic, and conversational rather than corporate or overly polished.
