Podcast Editor (Audio + Video + Short-Form Clips) — Ongoing, Riverside multitrack

About the work I'm launching a new conversational podcast co-hosted by two siblings. Episodes are recorded on Riverside.fm and run roughly 45–60 minutes unedited. I'm looking for one editor to partner with ongoing, ideally weekly to biweekly once we're in rhythm. We're launching with both audio and video. Audio for podcast platforms and a full video episode for YouTube plus short-form clips. I care most about editing craft: pacing, clean cuts, knowing what to trim not fancy production. The show is casual and authentic, so the edit should preserve natural conversation, not over polish it into radio. Deliverables (per episode) 1. Podcast audio edit Remove long dead air, major filler, and false starts (light touch — keep it human) Noise cleanup and leveling, delivered to a standard podcast loudness (~ -16 LUFS stereo / -19 LUFS mono) Intro and outro stitched in (I'll provide assets) Final file as MP3, ready to upload to a podcast host 2. YouTube video edit Full episode, 1080p, both speakers synced Cuts carried over from the audio edit so the two versions stay in sync Simple lower-thirds / branding (I'll provide assets) Final file as MP4, ready to upload to YouTube 3. Short-form clips 3 vertical (9:16) clips per episode, 30–60 seconds each Captioned (burned-in), hook in the first 2 seconds, sized for Instagram Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts You choose the moments, but I'll flag any I want pulled Source files Recordings come from Riverside as separate high-quality local tracks (per-person audio + video).
