Podcast Editor Needed for Semi-Regular Episodes

We are seeking a podcast editor to help streamline our podcast episodes by cutting 30-40% of content. We will align on the high-level outline for an episode, and your role will be to then go through the transcript line by line to determine what we can cut to still keep the throughline and value that's being added. The goal is to end up with a punchier podcast that cuts a 90 minute recording into 40-60 minutes. This is not about technical audio editing or mastering, but more about cutting some filler words, phrases, and sections based on a highlighted outline that I share with you. You probably will want to use something like Descript rather than something like Audacity, but whatever works for you, we're flexible! Since there is so much AI slop in applications these days on UpWork, if you'd like to be considered, there will be a short, unpaid test project. We will not use the work product from this test, but it will help us decide whether to move forward with a longer paid trial (editing an entire podcast episode end-to-end).
