We're looking for a talented Podcast Editor and Short-Form Content Creator who knows how to turn long-form podcast episodes into highly engaging, viral-ready clips for social media. If you understand attention-grabbing hooks, fast-paced editing, captions, storytelling, and social media trends, we'd love to work with you. Responsibilities Edit full podcast episodes (audio and/or video) Identify the most engaging moments from each episode Create multiple short-form clips optimized for: Instagram Reels TikTok Facebook Reels YouTube Shorts LinkedIn (optional) Add dynamic captions and subtitles Use zooms, cuts, graphics, B-roll, and visual effects to increase engagement Create compelling hooks within the first 1–3 seconds Format content for each platform's specifications Deliver polished, platform-ready content Requirements Proven experience editing podcasts and viral short-form content Strong understanding of social media algorithms and viewer retention Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software Experience creating animated captions and motion graphics Ability to identify viral moments and compelling stories Strong English comprehension Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines What We're Looking For We're not just looking for an editor—we're looking for someone who understands how to make content perform.
