Podcast Editor for Long Form and Social Content

We are launching a premium podcast and are looking for a highly skilled video podcast editor to work with us on an ongoing basis. Episodes will generally range from 20–45 minutes and the style we are aiming for is cinematic, polished, modern and engaging — not basic podcast cuts. Scope of Work Each episode will require: Full podcast edit Integration of our custom podcast intro/outro Professional colour grading Audio clean-up and sound optimisation Smooth transitions and pacing Overlay graphics/B-roll where required Zoom cuts and engagement-focused editing Subtitle/caption styling where appropriate Platform-ready exports Additional Deliverables Where applicable: Bloopers / behind-the-scenes reel 2–3 short-form reels for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts Attention-grabbing hooks for social clips Social-first pacing/editing style Style We’re Looking For We want someone who understands: Modern podcast editing Viral short-form content Retention-based editing Premium brand presentation Cinematic pacing and storytelling Think: High-end YouTube podcasts Modern creator brands Business/lifestyle podcast aesthetic Clean but engaging edits Ongoing Opportunity This is not a one-off project.
