Job Description: We're producing a Hinglish (Hindi-English) podcast/interview series and need a reliable editor for an ongoing, long-term partnership. Per episode deliverables: 1. Full professional edit (cut, pacing, clean transitions) 2. Branded intro 3. Audio cleanup (noise removal, level balancing) 4. Basic colour correction 5. 2-3 engaging short-form reels (vertical, 9:16) with captions for Instagram/YouTube Shorts What we're looking for: 1. Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro 2. Experience editing podcasts / interview-style long-form content 3. Ability to create scroll-stopping reels with captions 4. Consistent quality and on-time delivery 5. Comfortable with bulk volume The opportunity: This is a long-term, recurring project — multiple episodes per month, plus upcoming different content types (street interviews, panel discussions, short-form). We want one dependable editor to grow with us, not a one-off gig. Budget: $8-10 per episode (editing + intro + reels). Open to discussing rate as volume scales.
