What We're Looking For We need an editor who can confidently handle: Long-Form Podcast Editing Edit multi-camera podcast episodes Work with 4K video footage Sync multiple camera angles Create engaging pacing and storytelling Add B-roll, graphics, lower thirds, and transitions when appropriate Deliver polished YouTube-ready episodes Audio Enhancement Clean and balance audio Remove background noise Improve voice clarity Mix audio levels between hosts and guests Ensure professional broadcast-quality sound Podcast Intro Creation Create and edit professional podcast intros Add motion graphics, branding, music, and visual effects Maintain a consistent brand look and feel Build engaging episode openings that increase viewer retention Short-Form Content Editing Create viral-ready clips for: Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts Facebook Reels Add dynamic captions Create strong hooks in the first 3 seconds Use zooms, graphics, emojis, and visual effects strategically Understand social media retention and watch-time optimization Requirements Proven podcast editing experience Strong portfolio of podcast and short-form content Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Ability to work with large 4K files Strong understanding of YouTube and social media content Excellent communication and reliability Ability to meet deadlines consistently Bonus Points Experience editing business, entrepreneurship, or interview podcasts Motion graphics experience Thumbnail design experience Knowledge of YouTube audience retention strategies To Apply Please send: Your portfolio 3-5 podcast episodes you've edited 3-5 short-form clips you've created Your turnaround time for: One full podcast episode Five short-form clips Your weekly availability We're looking for someone who wants to grow with our platform long-term and help us produce world-class content.
