Podcast Editor

We're looking for an experienced podcast editor to take over editing for an established show. This is an ongoing role for the right fit. What we need: - Clean, natural-sounding audio edits (pacing, tightening, removing dead air) - Ability to pull a strong quote from the episode for the intro, sometimes piecing together parts of the conversation so it flows well - Strong editorial judgment. We're looking for someone who can take a note like "tighten up any slow sections" and know exactly what to do without detailed, line-by-line direction - Reliable turnaround and clear communication What to include when applying: - A few samples of podcast episodes you've edited (before/after clips are a plus) - Your typical rate per episode or per hour - Availability and typical turnaround time We're prioritizing quality and judgment, so please share relevant experience and examples.
