Podcast Production & Editing • Edit full-length podcast episodes (audio + video) • Clean, polished, premium feel (YouTube + Spotify-ready) • Add intro/outro, music, branding elements 2. Viral Shorts + Reels Strategy • Identify 5–10 viral moments per episode • Create Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts • Add captions, hooks, pacing optimized for retention • Understand storytelling + emotional hooks 3. Hook Writing + A/B Testing • Write multiple hooks per clip (scroll-stopping) • A/B test hooks, captions, thumbnails • Optimize for watch time, shares, saves 4. Show Notes + SEO Optimization • Write compelling show notes (not generic) • Include SEO keywords for discoverability • Pull quotes + timestamps 5. Guest Management (Post-Recording) • Send guest asset package: • Clips • Graphics • Links • Coordinate posting timelines • Ensure collab posts go live across platforms 6. Publishing + Distribution • Upload and schedule across: • YouTube • Spotify/Apple • Social platforms • Optimize titles, descriptions, tags 7. Sizzle Reels + Highlights • Create monthly highlight reels • Episode trailers + promo cuts • Repurpose content into campaigns 8.
