Podcast / Media Outreach Specialist

Looking for a Podcast / Media Outreach Specialist to help promote an upcoming crime-comedy thriller book launch. I am not looking for someone to build a generic contact list. I need someone who can identify the right podcasts, YouTube shows, book media, entertainment platforms, author interview outlets, and niche audiences — then actively pitch, follow up, and help secure real conversations, warm replies, or interview opportunities. About the Book Men Will Be Boys is a Las Vegas crime-comedy thriller series that blends dark humor, crime, friendship, and bad decisions with the pacing of a streaming TV series. This Project This will begin as a focused 2-week test project. If the work shows real movement and results, there may be an opportunity to extend into a larger 30-day launch campaign. Deliverables * Develop strong media and podcast pitch angles * Build a targeted outreach list of the most relevant opportunities * Write and send personalized outreach messages * Track outreach, replies, follow-ups, and status * Follow up professionally and consistently * Help secure interview opportunities, warm responses, media interest, or other legitimate promotional opportunities Ideal Targets * Author interview podcasts * Crime and thriller podcasts * Comedy and entertainment podcasts * Las Vegas-focused media outlets * BookTubers and literary YouTube channels * Independent media platforms * Pop culture and storytelling shows * Veteran-focused media outlets (when relevant) Success Measurement Success will not be measured by the number of emails sent. Success will be measured by the quality of opportunities generated, warm responses received, interview invitations secured, and overall momentum created for the launch.
