Podcast Outreach & Guest Booking Specialist for Author Book Launch & National Book Tour

## Scope of Work We have already compiled an initial list of podcast targets and media opportunities. The selected freelancer will be responsible for reviewing, refining, and expanding this list, then executing a strategic outreach campaign to secure podcast appearances. Responsibilities include: * Reviewing and vetting our existing podcast target list * Identifying additional high-quality podcast opportunities that align with the book and target audience * Prioritizing podcasts based on audience fit, reach, engagement, and likelihood of booking * Researching hosts, producers, and booking contacts * Developing and refining podcast pitch messaging * Executing personalized outreach campaigns * Managing follow-up communications and relationship building * Tracking outreach activity, responses, and booking status * Coordinating interview scheduling and logistics * Providing recommendations for improving outreach performance Success will be measured primarily by qualified podcast interviews booked, not simply the volume of outreach conducted.
