Podcast Outreach Specialist & Booking Coordinator We're seeking a sharp, self-motivated outreach pro to book a spiritual teacher on podcasts across wellness, consciousness, spirituality, and personal growth niches. What you'll do: • Research and identify aligned podcasts (5K–500K listeners) into a comprehensive spreadsheet. • Get their links - and most importantly - a direct way to contact them (emails would be very helpful) • Craft personalized, compelling pitch emails • Follow up strategically without being pushy • Track outreach in a simple CRM or sheet • Secure confirmed bookings and coordinate logistics You're a fit if you: • Have direct podcast booking or PR outreach experience • Write clean, warm, non-templated copy • Are organized, proactive, and communicate clearly • Understand spiritual/wellness audiences (big plus) Details: • Remote, flexible hours • Part-time to start, with room to grow • Pay based on experience ... include your rate • Share examples of past podcast placements or pitches Apply with a short note on your approach.
