Podcast Producer / Audio Engineer and Editor Needed (Long-Term) I'm looking for a reliable podcast producer/audio editor for a growing weekly podcast. My goal is to build a long-term working relationship with someone who can become a trusted part of our team. Our podcast focuses on bisexual men, mixed-orientation relationships, ethical non-monogamy, and relationship growth. Episodes include frank discussions of sexuality and adult topics. Applicants should be comfortable editing LGBTQ+ and sexually explicit educational content in a professional and respectful manner. Current workflow: Local episodes recorded in Audacity using a Focusrite Scarlett interface Remote interviews recorded in Riverside.fm Podcast hosted on Captivate I'm currently experiencing technical issues with my recording setup and would like someone who can help troubleshoot and optimize my workflow before taking over regular editing duties. Responsibilities Troubleshoot recording setup (Focusrite Scarlett, Audacity, Riverside) Help create a reliable recording workflow Edit 45-60 minute podcast episodes Remove mistakes, long pauses, filler words, mouth noises, coughs, etc. Balance audio levels and improve overall sound quality Deliver polished, podcast-ready audio on a consistent schedule Bonus: Create short clips for social media Requirements Experience editing podcasts Experience with Focusrite Scarlett, Audacity, and Riverside.fm Comfortable troubleshooting audio hardware/software over Zoom or screen sharing Comfortable editing LGBTQ+ and sexually explicit educational content Excellent communication and reliability Looking for a long-term working relationship Please include: Links to podcast episodes you've edited A brief description of your workflow Your experience troubleshooting podcast recording setups
