Podcast Producer-Editor: Turn 20 Interviews into a 6-Episode Series

I am producing a 6-episode podcast series built from approximately 20 remote interviews Each interview will run 30–60 minutes. Your job is to take that raw material and shape it into six polished, coherent episodes of roughly 20- 30 minutes each. This is not a straight cleanup job. I need someone who can think editorially: reviewing the tape, selecting the strongest segments, and helping assemble a narrative arc for each episode. I will provide episode themes and flag key moments with timestamps, but I want a partner who can spot the best material and tell me when something isn't working. Scope of Work Review approximately 20 hours of raw interview audio (separate tracks per speaker) Select and assemble segments into 6 episodes based on themes I provide Edit for clarity and pacing: remove filler, false starts, tangents, and dead air Audio cleanup: noise reduction, EQ, compression, and loudness normalization to podcast standard (-16 LUFS stereo or -19 LUFS mono) Mix in intro/outro music and any transitions (music will be provided, or advise on licensed options) Deliver final episodes as MP3 and WAV, plus a simple episode rundown noting which interviews were used One round of revisions per episode included Optional Add-Ons (tell me your rate if you offer these) Show notes and episode descriptions Transcripts Short audiogram clips for social media Requirements Portfolio with at least 3 published podcast episodes you edited, with links Experience editing multi-track remote recordings (Riverside, Zencastr, SquadCast, or separated Zoom tracks) Comfortable working from producer notes and timestamps Turnaround of 5 business days per episode once raw files are delivered
