Podcast & Short-Form Content Trial for HopeStage

Hi, I’m looking for a short-form video editor / content operator for a paid trial with HopeStage. HopeStage creates content around mental health, patient communities, and clinical research. I’m looking for someone who can turn long-form podcast videos into clean, publish-ready short-form content. This first project is a paid trial. If it goes well, I’d like to continue with regular weekly work. Trial scope: * Edit 4 long-form podcast episodes for YouTube * Create 4 simple YouTube thumbnails * Create 20 short-form clips total, 5 from each podcast * Format clips for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok * Add clean subtitles * Suggest a simple title / hook for each short * Add short notes explaining why each clip was selected * Deliver everything in an organised folder This is a time-boxed trial. I’m looking for someone who can work efficiently using modern tools for transcription, clipping, subtitles, and editing. The content is about mental health and clinical research, so the style must be trustworthy, human, clear, and not clickbait. I will share the source videos, brand guidelines, and workflow details after the contract is accepted. If the trial goes well, the regular weekly workflow would be: * 1 podcast edited per week * 5 shorts per week * Later, possible publishing, scheduling, comment management, and finding new short-form ideas Please apply with: 1.
