I’m looking for a reliable short-form video editor to help turn long-form podcast episodes into engaging vertical clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This is for a Toronto-based hip-hop, culture, and interview podcast. The content is conversation-driven, so I need someone who understands how to find strong moments, create clean pacing, add captions, and make podcast clips feel sharp without over-editing. The ideal editor should have experience with podcast clips, talking-head content, interviews, creator content, or culture/media shows.
