Podcast & Social Media Virtual Assistant (Editing + Clipping + Management) - PART TIME

We are looking for a reliable, creative VA to help manage the production of our podcast and social media . This is an ongoing role with room to grow if we work well together. Podcast editing experience is required — applications without it will not be considered. This is an ongoing role for someone who can take ownership and deliver polished, professional work with minimal hand-holding. What you'll do: Editing & Clipping • Edit full podcast episodes to a professional standard (clean audio/video, remove filler, tighten pacing, mix levels) • Cut high-performing short-form clips for Reels, TikTok, • YouTube Shorts, etc., with captions and strong hooks Content Creation •Generate original content for the podcast — clips, graphics, quote cards, promo posts, episode announcements •Create images and visual assets (cover art variations, social graphics, thumbnails) using Canva, Photoshop, or AI image tools •Write captions and pull quotes from episodes Social Media Management • Post consistently to ALL social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, etc.) • Schedule content and maintain a content calendar across every channel • Light community management — responding to comments and DMs • Track performance and adjust accordingly Requirements (non-negotiable): • Proven podcast editing experience — you must include samples of podcasts you've edited • High-level, professional-grade work — this is not an entry-level role • A sharp eye for catchy, scroll-stopping clips and clean graphic design •Comfortable creating images/visuals (design tools and/or AI image generation) • Proven experience running multiple social accounts and posting across all major platforms • Familiarity with scheduling tools •Reliable, proactive communicator who can work independently and own the process • Bonus: tools like Descript, CapCut, Premiere, Audition
