Podcast Trailer Editor (Diary of a CEO Style)

Podcast Trailer Editor: Our goal is to identify editors who can create highly engaging podcast trailers in the style of Diary of a CEO. We are not looking for someone who can simply cut video. We are looking for editors who understand storytelling, pacing, emotional hooks, retention, audience psychology, and viewer engagement. The trailer should make viewers feel compelled to watch the full episode. For this audition project, selected editors will receive the same raw podcast episode and be asked to create: • One podcast trailer (under 2 minutes) This is a paid audition for ongoing work. There will be no revisions, no additional rounds, and no back-and-forth editing requests. We want to evaluate your natural editing instincts, creativity, storytelling ability, and content selection process. Please submit the best work you are capable of producing on your first submission. We will be evaluating: • Storytelling • Creativity • Editing quality • Content selection • Audience retention • Turnaround time • Overall value Strong performance may lead to recurring editing opportunities on future podcast episodes.
