This is not a basic editing role. You should understand what is currently working on YouTube, podcasts and short-form platforms, bring proactive ideas, and focus on measurable ROI. **Responsibilities** * Edit full podcast episodes, including colour correction, audio enhancement and filler word removal * Create compelling episode trailers using motion graphics and sound design * Produce high-impact Reels and short-form clips from each episode * Design YouTube thumbnails and three branded social graphics per episode * Write SEO-optimised episode titles, descriptions and show notes * Repurpose each episode into a blog post and newsletter * Upload and manage content across YouTube and podcast platforms * Monitor performance and provide a clear monthly analytics report * Recommend improvements based on audience retention, click-through rates, engagement and platform trends **You should have** * Strong podcast and video editing experience * Proven knowledge of YouTube growth, content strategy and social media marketing * Excellent storytelling, pacing and attention to detail * Experience creating thumbnails and short-form content that performs * Strong written English and SEO copywriting ability * A proactive, commercial and ROI-focused mindset Please apply with relevant podcast examples, YouTube channels you have supported, short-form work, measurable results, your typical turnaround time and your pricing structure.
