Our content is built around real conversations and experiences — covering nightlife, DJ culture, behind-the-scenes moments, and general topics that resonate with our audience. We’re focused on building a consistent presence across YouTube and social media, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us over time. ⸻ Role Overview We’re looking for a reliable video editor to help us edit weekly long-form podcast episodes (up to 2 hours). This is a recurring weekly opportunity, ideal for someone early in their editing career who wants consistent work and real-world experience. ⸻ Workflow & Timeline Will be discussed during the interview process. We’re looking for someone who can consistently meet a specific turnaround, but we value communication if timing ever needs to be discussed. ⸻ What You’ll Do     •    Edit long-form podcast episodes (up to 2 hours)     •    Make clean cuts for pacing and flow     •    Remove obvious dead air and mistakes     •    Sync audio and video     •    Apply basic audio leveling     •    Add intro/outro (provided)     •    Export final video ready for upload ⸻ Requirements     •    Basic experience with video editing (podcasts, interviews, or similar content preferred)     •    Ability to meet weekly deadlines     •    Attention to detail and willingness to improve     •    Good communication and reliability     •    Portfolio or sample work (even small projects) •   Willingness to improve (Long-Term development) • Communication is ESSENTIAL. • Portfolio/Sample Work is needed. • Basic Editing Skills (Trimming, Adjust Audio Levels) • No graphics required ⸻ Compensation     •    Starting at $40 per episode, depending on experience and quality     •    Opportunity to grow into higher pay as the podcast expands     •    Consistent weekly work ⸻ 📌 Additional Notes     •    This is a long-term opportunity, not a one-time project     •    We’re looking for someone dependable who wants to grow with the team ⸻ How to Apply Please include:     •    Links to any editing work (podcasts or long-form preferred, but not required)     •    A quick note about your experience level     •    Your availability for weekly editing
