Podcast Video Editor — Short Form Reels, Trailers, and Long Form Content (Uzbek Language Required)

I am looking for a skilled podcast video editor to join my production team at Color Beyond. This is an ongoing role with consistent work for the right person. What you will be editing: Long form podcast episodes, full video versions ready to publish on YouTube and podcast platforms. Short form reels cut from each episode, optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Podcast trailers, both episodic and season trailers. All assets delivered together per episode. What I need from you: Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and what keeps viewers engaged in both long form and short form content. Ability to identify the best clips from a full episode without being told exactly where to cut. Clean professional edits with captions, color correction, and audio cleanup. All deliverables including the long form episode, short form reels, and trailer returned within three to five business days of receiving the raw footage. Clear and proactive communication throughout the process. Language requirement: This role requires fluency in Uzbek. You must be able to understand, transcribe, and edit Uzbek language podcast content accurately. This is a firm requirement for this position.
