Podcast Video Editor for Business Pods

I’m looking for an experienced business podcast editor (Australia, UK, US or Canada preferred) for what I hope will become a long-term relationship. This first project is a 60-minute video podcast that needs to be edited to approximately 30 minutes. The audience is leaders and executives, so the editing should prioritise clarity, pace and keeping only the strongest insights. This is not simply a technical edit. I’m looking for someone with good editorial judgment who knows how to tighten a conversation while preserving its natural flow. Tasks include: * Reduce a 60-minute conversation to approximately 30 minutes. * Remove repetition, tangents, fluff while preserving the authenticity and conversational feel. * Improve video quality (filmed on google meets with background blurred, want somebody withy the skills to correct the visual bugs/ cutting off ears etc via background corrections etc * Keep the strongest stories, insights and moments. * Add basic supplied intro, outro branding and to make this dynamic via AI * Add logo watermark * Balance audio and clean up any minor audio issues. * Export a 1080p master suitable for YouTube and podcast platforms. * Deliver the project file as well as the final export. I’ll provide: * Original google meets video. * Gemini transcript. * Brand assets (logo, colours, fonts). * Any intro/outro assets. * A short brief on the intended audience and tone. Preference will be given to editors with very strong English business content skills and demonstrated editorial experience, not just technical editing skills.
