Job Specification — Podcast Video Editor (Ongoing) Show: Willing to Win — interview podcast with biotech founders, executives and investors Rate: $100 USD per episode (fixed) Engagement: Ongoing. 1–2 paid test episodes, then a long-term contract. Style: Professional and clean. Retention through tight pacing and smart cuts — not effects. 1. Role Turn raw Riverside recordings into a finished, ready-to-publish episode package. Each episode comes with a standing brief (all specs) and a per-episode document with exact timestamps for every clip — execution to spec, no creative guesswork. 2. Deliverables (per episode, delivered together) Full episode video + audio 3–5 vertical shorts (9:16) Trailer + cold opener Guest intro — b-roll built around the supplied voiceover, plus the guest's photo Thumbnails & covers (YouTube, Spotify, one per short) 3. Tools Premiere — final assembly, cleanup, audio Riverside — text-based pre-edit (access provided) Shorts / trailer / cold opener — editor's choice of tool (CapCut, Premiere, whatever is fastest) Canva (or similar) — thumbnails & covers to template 4. Quality requirements Clean A/V sync — no lip-sync drift in any asset Loudness at −16 LUFS across all assets, consistent perceived loudness between sections Proactive spelling accuracy — verify guest, company, place and product names; don't guess Consistency across episodes (captions, templates, pacing) Clean first drafts; two revision rounds are for refinement, not fixing avoidable errors 5. Turnaround First full package within 5 business days of receiving raw assets. Revisions within 2 business days per round. 6. Out of scope Publishing, titles/descriptions/metadata, guest communication, music licensing (royalty-free / pre-cleared only). 7.
