Point Cloud to BIM Model Transformation

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to transform a point cloud into a BIM model. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and be proficient in using software like Autodesk Revit and Bonsai BIM. The project involves creating a detailed BIM model of a small cabin with an area of ​​4,6x6 m2, based on a provided point cloud, ensuring precision and accuracy. The cabin has a pitched, gable roof with a wooden structure and ceramic tiles. It also has a small porch with the same type of roofing. The interior will be a single room with a door, a window, some classic (garden-type) benches, and a fireplace. Finishes will be detailed later. We also need CAD drawings of the cabin: a plan, a top view and 4 side views.
