Summary

I am launching a local pet waste removal service in Lubbock, TX (Waste Wizards). I have already built the basic layout, content blocks, local copywriting, and custom mascot assets inside my Wix editor. I need an intermediate-to-expert developer to handle two critical phases: polish our visual design for a highly professional desktop/mobile layout, and engineer an automated, advanced Stripe Billing API backend. We are completely bypassing the native Wix Pricing Plans application. All user management, portals, and billing tiers must run through a unified, external Stripe framework
