Polish Language Specialist (Poland)

Hello! We are looking for native Polish speakers to work on a broad variety of phonetic transcription projects relating to Voice AI. Example projects include (but are not limited to): phonetic transcription (IPA/SAMPA), validating speech data (audio/text), pronunciation of words, localization/proofreading/editing, as well as other tasks required to support the Polish team. A background in linguistics and/or phonetics is preferred. We are looking for individuals who are able to be flexible and who can quickly adapt to new tasks and detailed instructions. You will be joining our roster of Language Specialists who will receive various language work on a priority queue. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a regular stream of work. Our projects will be requested to you on short notice, but you will have the choice to accept or turn them down. Requirements: * Polish native speaker; * 2+ years of experience with language data and localization; * Extensive understanding about the syntax, grammar and vocabulary of the Polish language; * Has worked on testing / is familiar with voice AI; * High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely; * Great communication skills; * Available to work up to 20 hrs/week; * Linguistics studies is a BIG plus; While we cannot guarantee a consistent work influx, we do our best to maintain regular communication with our freelancers, and make sure that we remain aligned for the duration of all our projects.
