Polish Product Manager (Property Management SaaS) - Market Expert (Freelance, Remote)

We are looking for a local Product Manager to help us adapt and improve our established property management software for your local market. Rentila is a property management platform used by thousands of landlords across Europe. As we continue expanding internationally, we need someone with strong local knowledge to review our product, identify gaps, and help us make it feel truly native to your country’s landlords. This is not a software development role. It is a product, market, and quality role. Your responsibilities * Review our application from the perspective of a local landlord. * Identify missing features, workflows, terminology, and legal requirements. * Suggest improvements to make the product more intuitive for local users. * Validate contracts, documents, and property management workflows. * Test new features before release and report issues. * Work closely with our product team to prioritize local adaptations. * Monitor changes in local rental regulations and industry practices. Requirements * Native speaker of the target country. * Excellent understanding of the local residential rental market. * Experience as a landlord, property manager, real estate professional, or PropTech product manager is a strong advantage. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to clearly document issues and propose practical solutions. * Comfortable testing web applications. * Good written English for communication with our team. Nice to have * Experience with property management software. * Product management or QA experience. * Knowledge of local landlord legislation and taxation. * Experience writing functional specifications or user stories. What you’ll do during the first weeks * Review the entire application. * Produce a list of improvements and localization recommendations. * Prioritize changes by impact. * Participate in regular discussions with our product team. * Continue validating new features as they are released.
