Polish Social Media Manager & Video Localization Editor – Smart Home Brand

We're launching JONR, a smart home cleaning appliance brand (robot vacuums, mops, and more), in Poland and the broader Central European market. We're looking for a talented Polish-speaking social media manager and video localization editor to help us build our local presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Translate and adapt marketing copy from English/German into natural, engaging Polish - Add Polish subtitles, overlays, and text animations to Reels and TikTok videos - Localize existing short-form video content for the Polish market (tone, humor, phrasing) - Manage and respond to comments on Polish-language social posts - Schedule and publish content using tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite - Brief us on trending Polish content formats or audio that fits our brand YOU SHOULD HAVE: - Native-level Polish (written and spoken) - Strong English skills (German is a bonus) - Experience editing short-form video with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar - Understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok best practices - Ability to work independently and hit deadlines without hand-holding NICE TO HAVE: - Experience in consumer electronics, smart home, or e-commerce - Experience creating original TikTok or Reels content (not just editing) - Knowledge of paid social (Meta Ads) in Poland YOUR FIRST TASKS: 1. Write 5 Polish captions for product posts (we'll provide assets + English copy) 2. Edit 2 existing Reels with Polish subtitles and text overlays 3. Suggest 3 hook variations for a product launch video 4.
