Polish Translator & Interview Coordinator (Automotive Aftermarket Project)

We are seeking a Poland-based freelance professional to provide language and coordination support for a short-term market research project in the automotive aftermarket sector. The project involves supporting business discussions with organizations identified by the client. The engagement is strictly for market research purposes and does not involve sales, marketing, or commercial negotiations. Responsibilities - Assist with communication with organizations identified by the client to facilitate business meetings. - Verify publicly available business contact information where required. - Provide Polish-English interpretation during in-person business discussions. - Assist with meeting coordination and general administrative support before and during the field visit. - Facilitate accurate communication between the project team and meeting participants. Preferred Qualifications - Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written). - Experience in interpretation, business communication, administrative support, or market research. - Familiarity with the automotive industry is beneficial but not required. - Based in or near Warsaw and available during the project period. This is a short-term freelance engagement with flexible work prior to the field visit and in-person support during scheduled meetings.
