Poorly drawn MS Paint Animation - Whiteboard Explainer

We're starting a YouTube history channel. We need an animator for simple, poorly hand-drawn videos. Seriously. Needs to be badly drawn. It's just poorly drawn stickfigures on a screen. Maybe 3x a video rig them to move across the screen. The rest is throwing up static images and highlighting/drawing on static images with MS Pain.
