Portable Outdoor Game – Product Development & Manufacturing Design

We are developing a compact outdoor recreational product and need a product designer with strong mechanical CAD and DFM experience to take our early concept toward manufacturing. The product should be lightweight, durable, easy to assemble, and convenient to transport for outdoor activities and casual family use. We need someone who can improve the existing concept rather than simply model it. The scope includes 3D CAD development, folding/mechanical details, material selection, component optimisation, assembly design, manufacturing drawings, BOM, STEP files, and DFM recommendations. Experience with consumer products, sporting equipment, portable products, and overseas manufacturing is preferred. Please share relevant manufactured-product examples with your proposal.
