Portfolio Website with RAG Chatbot

I run an animation house and I'm looking to build a portfolio website with an integrated AI chatbot. The site should be clean and visually strong to showcase our animation projects. I'll provide the assets and would like to collaborate on the design direction as well. Alongside the portfolio, I want a RAG-based chatbot trained on a knowledge base covering our projects, creative approach, design decisions, and overall process, so visitors can ask questions like "What was the approach on this project?" or "What's your design philosophy?" and get accurate, grounded answers. I'll work closely with you to build out the knowledge base and refine the design, so I'm looking for someone I can sit with and collaborate, not just hand off a spec. Ideally, you have real RAG experience (embeddings, vector databases, retrieval quality) along with a good eye for design, and can advise on the smartest chatbot setup for a creative portfolio rather than just executing.
