Portuguese-speaking B2B sales closer — commission-based (Brazil & Portugal)

We need someone to sell our search-optimisation and website services to small businesses in Brazil and Portugal, and to close those sales themselves. The work: - Build your own prospect list: independent businesses, tradespeople, retailers - Reach them by phone, email or in person — your choice of method - Request a free audit report from our production team for any prospect, and send it under your own name - Present the offer and issue the quote from the workspace we provide - The client pays online and the sale is recorded against your personal code What we provide: a CRM workspace, a professional email address with ready-made templates, audit reports produced by our team on request, and online quote generation. An onboarding kit in Portuguese covers the pitch, the objections you will actually hear, and the price list. Any prospect you register is What we do not provide: contact lists or a phone line. You source your own prospects and use your own calling tools. Pay: commission only, released through Upwork after each sale is collected. 30% of the first-year value on search-optimisation plans, 20% on website builds, 25% on combined packages, then 10% for each year a client renews. There is no retainer, no hourly rate and no base pay — that is precisely what funds a rate well above the market norm. Commission is earned when the client's payment clears. Conditions: no minimum volume, no exclusivity, no set hours, no mandatory script. Business customers only. You need native or C2 Portuguese, experience selling B2B or prospecting by phone, and self-employed status. We train you on the service itself. No interviews — everything is handled in writing here.
