Pose Estimation Engineer for Weightlifting

We are seeking a pose estimation engineer to develop software and camera hardware for capturing footage of people lifting weights. The project involves figuring out A) what exercise the lifter is doing B) How many reps C) how much weight is on the bar d) Is their pose correct from a form perspective. I'm early on this project but I have some gyms interested. I need someone to consult with so that I make the correct early decisions on which cameras to buy and where to put them. I also need someone to help me make sure the training data we collect is generalizable and effective. I imagine this as a weekly call, which later becomes a full or part time ML job as the company moves forward. This is my second startup... I sold the first to private equity, so I know what I'm doing, but neither me nor my cofounder is a specialist in computer vision, although my cofounder has some experience. I need a true expert to help us avoid pitfalls.
