Post-Production Sound for Pilot

Project: (Independent Comedy Pilot) Runtime: Approximately 45-50 minutes Location: Remote (Los Angeles-based production) Compensation: 1,500-2,000 We are seeking an experienced Post-Production Sound Designer/Mixer (individual or small team) to handle all aspects of audio post-production for our independent comedy pilot. Compensation will not exceed 2,000. This project has a limited budget. Quotes above 2,000 will not be considered. Los Angeles locals preferred. We all looking for a turn around time of 3 weeks. The ideal candidate will oversee the project from picture lock through final delivery and provide a polished, broadcast/streaming-ready mix suitable for festival submissions and professional distribution. Responsibilities: Dialogue editing and cleanup Noise reduction and audio restoration Dialogue leveling and enhancement ADR editing and integration (if necessary) Foley recording and editing Sound effects editing and sound design Background ambience creation and placement Music editing and integration (score provided separately, if applicable) Final stereo mix (and 5.1 mix if available/desired) Loudness normalization for festival and streaming standards Delivery of final masters and stems Deliverables: Final stereo mix (.WAV) Optional 5.1 surround mix Dialogue stems Music stems Effects/Foley stems M&E (Music & Effects) mix, if possible Festival-ready master files Project Details: A character-driven comedy pilot that satirizes influencer culture, modern relationships, and Gen Z life. The project is currently in post-production and approaching picture lock, with festival submissions planned in the coming months.
