Postgres RLS + Aurora v2 expert for HIPAA/SOC2 DynamoDB-to-Aurora migration (part time, ~16 weeks)

We're migrating a HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant platform from DynamoDB to Aurora Serverless v2 (PostgreSQL). Real PHI, BAA in place. The stack is TypeScript: AWS Amplify Gen 2, AppSync GraphQL, ~74 Lambdas, and Cognito. This is a part-time advisory and supervision role, roughly 10 to 12 hours a week for about 16 weeks. Two main areas: Co-design and cutover supervision. Designing DB-enforced Row-Level Security for multi-tenancy, a per-request RLS dispatcher Lambda, VPC/RDS Proxy networking, and a rehearsed production cutover and rollback plan. You'd be live with us during the overnight cutover window. Code reviews. Light, ongoing TypeScript reviews to keep the wider codebase healthy. What I'm looking for: hands-on production experience with Postgres RLS, Aurora Serverless, NoSQL-to-relational migrations, and compliant cutovers under HIPAA or SOC 2. This is design and review work, not heads-down implementation, so I care more about judgment and scar tissue than raw output.
