Potential Partnerships Roadmap

Hi I am looking for a client, for someone who can help us understand what kind of partnerships could help a B2B media/entertainment analytics company grow in the MENA region. The company works with things like social data, online video tracking, media research, and entertainment analytics for studios, streamers, agencies, and entertainment brands. What we need is someone to help us make a simple roadmap/list of possible partnership opportunities. For example: What types of partners should we look at in MENA? Which countries or markets should we focus on first? What kind of partnerships could make sense? How could each partnership help the company grow? What should be the first steps to approach or test these ideas? The final result can be a practical document with different partnership ideas/scenarios and a simple action plan.
