Powdered Creatine + Electrolyte Stick Pack Formula Validation & Optimization

I am the founder of LEKI Wellness, a premium supplement brand launching in Saudi Arabia. I need an experienced food scientist to validate, optimize, and finalize a powdered creatine + electrolyte formula for stick pack production. The product: • Creatine monohydrate (Creavitalis®, 3g per stick) + sodium/potassium/magnesium citrate electrolytes + B-vitamins + stevia + natural flavors • Two flavors: Watermelon (with malic acid) and Lemon Mint • Format: single-serve stick packs (~4.5g fill weight), 30 sticks per pouch • Zero sugar, Halal certified, targeting Saudi/GCC fitness market What I need from you: 1. Formula review — Review and validate the existing formula for safety, stability, and palatability. Flag any ingredient interactions, shelf-life concerns, or dosage issues. 2. Flavor optimization — Advise on flavor compound ratios (especially the lemon/mint split) based on the ingredient samples I have in transit from suppliers. 3. Manufacturing spec sheet — Produce a co-packer-ready formula document with exact weights, mixing instructions, and quality control checkpoints. 4. Nutrition label draft — Prepare Supplement Facts panels for both flavors, compliant with Saudi SFDA Technical Regulation SFDA.FD 55:2023 (or advise on what needs local regulatory review). 5. Stability guidance — Recommend shelf-life testing protocol and storage conditions for a powdered stick pack product. Ideal candidate: • 5+ years of experience in supplement or sports nutrition formulation • Specific experience with powdered stick pack or sachet products • Familiarity with creatine monohydrate formulation (Creapure® experience a plus) • Understanding of GCC/SFDA regulatory requirements (preferred, not required) • Willing to sign an NDA Deliverables: • Validated formula document (2 flavors) • Co-packer instruction sheet • Draft Supplement Facts labels (2 flavors) • Stability testing recommendation • Written summary of any formula changes made and rationale Please include in your proposal: • Relevant experience with similar products • Estimated timeline • Fixed project fee Thank you.
