Power Automate Developer – Microsoft Teams Adaptive Cards & Swimlane (SOAR) Integration

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and support workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams Adaptive Cards and integration with the Swimlane security automation platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade automations, integrating third-party applications via APIs, and creating interactive user experiences within Microsoft Teams. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate cloud flows and automation solutions. - Build and deploy interactive Microsoft Teams Adaptive Cards. - Integrate Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, and Swimlane using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors. - Develop workflows enabling bidirectional communication between Teams and Swimlane playbooks. - Create reusable Adaptive Card templates and dynamic card generation logic. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. - Troubleshoot and optimize workflow performance, reliability, and scalability. - Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures. - Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards. Required Qualifications - 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate. - Strong experience developing Microsoft Teams Adaptive Cards. - Experience integrating third-party applications using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and JSON payloads. - Experience working with Microsoft Graph API. - Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and API integration concepts. - Experience creating custom connectors for Power Platform. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Swimlane SOAR/SecOps platform integrations. - Experience with Azure Logic Apps. - Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). - Experience with cybersecurity or security operations workflows. - Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-500, or equivalent). Success Criteria - Deliver robust and scalable Power Automate workflows. - Successfully integrate Teams Adaptive Cards with Swimlane processes. - Improve operational efficiency through automation. - Provide well-documented, maintainable solutions meeting enterprise standards.
