Senior Power BI Consultant – Build the Operating System for a Fast-Growing Healthcare Business About Us Behaviour Bridge is a rapidly growing Australian Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) provider delivering services under the NDIS. Unlike many small businesses, we are intentionally investing in systems, automation and business intelligence early. We're looking for an experienced Power BI Consultant to help us build Behaviour Bridge OS - an executive business intelligence platform that will become the operational hub of our company. This is not a standard reporting dashboard project. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems and building systems that help leaders make better decisions. Project Vision Our goal is to create a modern Power BI platform that answers questions rather than simply displaying reports. When the CEO opens the dashboard on Monday morning, they should immediately know: Did we make money? How much cash is actually available? Can we afford another practitioner? How much can we spend on marketing? Which practitioners are approaching capacity? Are we audit ready today? What requires my attention this week? The dashboard should become the primary decision-making platform for the business. Existing Systems Current systems include: Xero Microsoft 365 SharePoint Excel SPLOSE Practice Management Software (future integration) Power Automate (future) The solution should be designed so additional systems can easily be integrated over time. Phase One Deliverables Executive Dashboard Key KPIs: Revenue Net Profit Cash Available Active Participants Practitioner Capacity Compliance Score Additional sections: Revenue & Profit Trend Marketing & Growth Practitioner Performance CEO Priorities CEO Decision Centre CEO Decision Centre This is the feature we are most excited about. Rather than displaying charts only, we'd like the dashboard to surface meaningful business insights and actions wherever possible. Examples include: 🟢 Revenue is currently tracking above target. 🟢 Current cash reserves support recruiting another practitioner. 🟡 Marketing budget has remaining capacity this month. 🔴 Practitioner capacity exceeds 90%. 🔴 Three BSP reviews are due within seven days. 🟡 Outstanding compliance actions require attention. The dashboard should help leadership identify priorities rather than simply review historical information. Future Roadmap Following Phase One we intend to expand into: Financial Dashboard Practitioner Performance Dashboard Participant Dashboard Compliance Dashboard Marketing Dashboard Operations Dashboard Executive Board Reporting Security The solution should be built with scalability in mind. Future users may include: CEO Managers Practitioners Administration Practitioners should only be able to view their own KPIs and caseload using Row-Level Security (RLS). Design We're aiming for something that feels like modern software rather than a traditional Power BI report. As Behaviour Bridge grows we intend to continue expanding Behaviour Bridge OS with new dashboards, integrations and business intelligence capabilities.
