Power BI Data Analyst Audit and Optimization

We are seeking an experienced professional to fix and improve existing BI dashboards. This is not a start-from-scratch project; it requires a deep audit, resolving technical bottlenecks, and stabilizing current reporting solutions. Scope of Work : -speed up visuals, optimize DAX calculations, and refine heavy data models. -fix data refresh failures and resolve connection issues (SQL Server, BigQuery, APIs). -professionalize dashboard design, validate data accuracy, and set up KPI logic. -create technical documentation for ongoing maintenance and support. Technical Requirements: Power BI: Expert level (DAX, data modeling, RLS, workspace governance). Databases and integrations: Proven experience with SQL, SSIS, Microsoft Azure, or BigQuery. Advanced Analytics: Hands-on experience with Python, R, or advanced Excel for complex data manipulation. Versatility: Experience with Looker Studio or Tableau is a plus. Expertise: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes. A basic understanding of Data Science / Machine Learning is a plus.
