Power BI Data Source Repointing: Azure PostgreSQL - Snowflake (with SQL Restructuring)

We have an existing Power BI dashboard that currently pulls data from an Azure PostgreSQL database through several Power Query dataflows, applies transformations, and renders the output across multiple Power BI reports. We've recently migrated our data storage from Azure PostgreSQL to Snowflake, and now we need to repoint the entire Power BI solution to the new Snowflake source. This is NOT a simple "change the connection string" migration. The schema of the tables and dynamic tables in Snowflake differs from the original Azure PostgreSQL source (not drastically, but enough to break the existing dataflows). So in addition to repointing, we need someone who can restructure the SQL and dataflow logic to align with the new Snowflake schema while preserving the original report behavior and metrics.
